Jared M. Wichnovitz brings a broad litigation and appellate background to every case at the firm, handling matters from initial intake through discovery, motion practice, negotiation, and trial. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School, where he interned with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender's Mental Health Advocacy Division, representing clients in civil commitment and competency hearings. He continued that work as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender while preparing for the bar, building hands-on courtroom experience early in his career.

Mr. Wichnovitz is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey; the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. His practice spans corporate litigation, criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury, employment law, and appellate advocacy — with a focus on strategic preparation and results-driven representation at every stage of a case.
